When a child is struggling in school, early and informed advocacy matters. I represent families in IEP and 504 Plan matters, including requesting evaluations, obtaining and reviewing records, and advocating for appropriate services and placements.

I also represent students at conduct and suspension hearings and handle special education disputes, including appeals before the Bureau of Special Education Appeals (BSEA). My goal is to ensure students receive the support, protections, and educational opportunities they are entitled to under the law.

Not every case requires full legal representation. Limited Assistance Representation (LAR) allows you to get legal help for specific parts of your case while handling the rest on your own. If you need help drafting legal documents, preparing for court, negotiating a settlement, or understanding your legal options, I can provide the support you need, without the cost of full representation. LAR is available in Massachusetts Superior, Probate and Family, Housing, District, Boston Municipal, and Land Courts for non-criminal cases.
